Running a safe kitchen does require knowledge and skills in different food handling procedures. The process of preparing food or meal is quite different in a home kitchen compared to a restaurant. This is the reason why Food Hygiene Certification is designed for food handlers (like caterers) to maintain proper cleanliness and prevent contamination while preparing food for customers.
